Affectionately known as "Toe" to his loved ones, Antonio Xavier Brown was a beloved son, brother, family member, friend, and co-worker. He was born on September 24th, 1975 in Miami, Florida to the union of Franklin Brown and Teressa Woods (Brooks). Antonio was introduced to the Lord at an early age. His parents and his brother, Aaron, all preceded him in death.
A graduate of Nova Southeastern University and California State University - Stanislaus, Antonio also attended John Hancock College and Miami Norland Senior High School. He was an accomplished athlete who played basketball throughout his high school and college years. Spending most of his professional career working in the business, real estate and, IT worlds, he was a valued member of the U.S. Census Bureau and owner of Antonio X. Brown Realty at the time of his death.
Antonio was known for his kindness and generosity. He would often assist family members and friends with computer and real estate needs. His favorite past time was fishing. One of his fondest memories was of living on the beautiful Miami Beach Intracoastal waterway. He enjoyed living so close to the water that he only needed to head out his door to fish. He also loved music and owned an extensive music collection.
Antonio left this world on October 26, 2020, while residing in Lauderdale Lakes, FL. He is survived by his siblings, Kimberley, Kevin (Karla), James (Holly), Robin, and Leronda, his nieces and nephews, Ariel, Malkia, Nya, Kamryn, Benjamin, Kevin A., and Kimberley J., a great-nephew, Peyton, his loving grandmother, Eloise Hopkins, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and coworkers.
In his 45 years of living, Antonio shared many acts of kindness with his family and friends. It is the hope of his family that these acts of kindness will encourage others to not only perform acts of kindness but to pay his kindness forward. There is no better way to honor his memory.
